I saw this book at the Ferry Building Marketplace in San Francisco and I just could not go out of my head, so I finally ordered from Amazon. In fact, I ordered two – one to give as a gift. Every recipe I tried was good tidbits. Among the many recipes for delicious meat sauce I've tried that has made my life in this book, with dried porcini mushrooms, steak, bacon and Mett, the hand is down, the best bolognese I've ever done. So well that I eatMoreover, even delicious over pappardelle I did not plead with the accompanying spaetzle. I am completely with previous reviews that I agree on the supplements, the imaginative and very tasty excited to serve on its own, and I like the spicy marinades and complexity that the layer of intense flavors in many dishes.

This is one of those books to cook your way through from start to finish, so you never miss a single morsel of goodnesscontains. A journey through this book is definitely worth a culinary adventure.

I bought this book because I needed new ideas for the steak. I expected more than what I had. This book is well written and is full of great pictures. The book is divided by type of steak divided. The chapters are in order, American Steak, Bistro Steak, Latin Steak & Far East Steak. The recipes that I made was perfect, and I discovered that the cooking times suggested are acurate. I made Straight Up the skirt steak, ribs of beef with orange puree and pepper tacos Truck.
