I bought this for my 310th new Weber Spirit Just Got It began today and soon to try to make Italian sausage, peppers and onions. Q Sizzle is about 75% of my kitchen Weber, and seems appropriate for cooknig for 6-8 people. I cooked 6 large Italian sausage, bell pepper 2 onions and 2 (two lines). It took about 20 or 30 minutes Cook and brown the sausage and peppers and onions do. I also had enough space to put the roles and brown Hoagthem a little '. The food was a great success.

When I got the sizzle QI first washed with soap and water for directions. Then I put on my gas grill with medium heat and let set for about 10 minutes. I have an infrared thermometer and check the surface temperature of the grid. It 'was only about 200 degrees. I pulled down the cover on my grill and let it warm for another 10 minutes until the thermometer read 400 degrees Weber. I opened the lid and the grid wasabout 325 I sprayed the grill with PAM, and continued to cook. After I finished I had the food, and in the manual (including a video I saw on utube) I threw water on the rust scraped and the fat and discuss the order in the trough.

Some observations;
I would like the grills are a bit 'bigger, but I do not want it so much that I buy the $ 200 Little plate.

I used my Sizzle-Q is a number of occasions and is well built, made of material very often, and probably indestructible. It 'has frequently been used to cook the bacon and other products, and it does pretty well. The only drawback is that since it is not covered (and should not be exposed to temperatures), the food is so slippery when you first spray the surface is to be given. Sometimes the food regardless of needle sticks or not.

I was tired of losing grilled vegetables, and I hate cover with aluminum foil. Enter sizzling D. This article is well constructed and relies comfortably on one side of my grill. Now the options are endless! The package was severely damaged, could result in the shipment and the manufacturer considered a bit 'padding … but there was no real damage to the unit.
